Saw this article today and it sums up Molokai and it's highlights well. It's a little old but it's still current. Molokai doesn't change much. :D

I went to Molokai years ago. Pretty interesting place where the only nightlife is what kind of jam to get on our fresh bread.

When we went to Molokai for 3 nights a Thursday, Friday and Saturday about 10 years ago staying at the Hotel Molokai and we actually had some pretty good nightlife:
Thursday night my husband and I did the 8:00 Fresh Bread Run with a bottle of wine back at the room. The Molokai fresh bread was still warm when we ate it. Friday night was the Kapuna Ukelele Jam at the Hotel with Hula Dancing for many of the songs. Saturday night Ekolu Kalama and his band was at the Molokai Hotel for kicking off his album and there was music and dancing all night. What was interesting about seeing and meeting Ekolu Kalama in Molokai was that we went to Lanai the next year for 3 nights and we saw him play at one of the Four Season Hotels. Hawaii is a small world.
