Suspicious what happened, but not enough information on the mental status of the 90 yo 10 days before when the new will was created.

To avoid inheritance issues I gave my Ex-wife and 3 kids just about everything I owned 20 years ago. I kept the majority of my pension and Social Security to live on. Any extra money I have now I use for the benefit of my 3 kids. So far, so good. A major benefit of this approach is no one is counting the days until I die to get their share of my estate.
