Thinking of buying [property tax and other fees]

I own at Lagonia Lodge where I stay all the time. I have traded only a few times. My MF are $530 and I pay about $50 a year in property taxes. I have been looking at some other TS weeks to buy but cannot figure out how to determine all the costs I will incur if I buy. Some of the costs require a search on county tax assessors site, but the resale company doesn't give out owner info or parcel number for searching records.
Can anyone help me learn how to be wise while I am shopping and how to figure out all my costs upfront before I make a commitment.

Most of the time (outside CA) property tax is included in the MF. The easiest way to find out how much the property tax is, is to ask the seller. They are required to disclose all that info. upfront.
