The Villas of Palm Springs

I have owned this since 2006 and have never used it. I really don't know much about the Timeshare and points and all that stuff. I've just been paying for this without every using it or even knowing how to use it for over 20 years.

Studio Deluxe

Prime Time - Floating

Maintenance Fee: $508.00 all will be paid up to date

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2016.

RCI: I have no idea how any of that works

Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees
