It was a big surprise to me that the pumpkin I excitedly carved for our first home didn’t last until Halloween. I had no concept that Mom waited until just a couple days/the weekend before Halloween. However, I did know that the dyed Easter eggs couldn’t sit out. My sister missed that memo!

Trick or treating is a SPECIAL time of year for kids, its THEEE MOST important holiday (next to christmas cuz thats sometimes difficult b/c money) for all kids to feel included IMO.

I can't believe someone would deny a child candy because they can't say "Trick or Treat"
