The Ft Laud Cleveland Clinics (Forida Division) oceanfront hospital is under demolition (They built a bigger facility-main one further west in Weston).

In its place are two new midrise condos called the The Sapphire 2 bed 2 bath approx 1500sr ft start at high $400,000s. (This is a reg condo)

The advertisement say the owners will have use of the Marriott Harbor Beach Hotels facilities. (The condos are between Oakland Park Blvd and Sunrise Blvd, I guess the Hotel is about 2 or 3 miles S of there on the beach.

At first I thought they were adjacent to each other. (Someone is building something between the Sheraton Yankee Clipper and the Marriott).

In any case, how do you suppose the builder/developer made this deal? Is it part of the monthly maint fees...even if the owner doesn't take advantage?

What about MBP paying additional fees (ok..easy over $1000 now) if they could use the HB facilities? Would it be worth the unknown fee? (maybe $30.00 a week? $50 a week? (It costs to park at the Harbor Beach resort)
