The Resort on Cocoa Beach 12/5-12/12/15

Sadly, we will not be able to make our reservation this year.....

2BR/2BA ocean front unit. Sleeps six in a king, two twins, and a sleeper-sofa. Full kitchen, living/dining area, balcony, in-unit washer/dryer. Recently updated with granite and new furnishings-$700.00 for the week-a Steal!!

Resort has a great pool area, free movie theater, lots of activities, children's program and activities, on-site restaurant, poolside tiki bar and is, of course, on the beach.

One hour or less to Orlando activities making for the best vacation area around!

Agree that ROCB is a great resort. (I own four weeks there.) And I like Cocoa Beach better than Daytona.

The only thing I don't care for at ROCB is the bedding arrangement -- two twins in the 2nd BR. Don't think it's big enough for anything else.

The only OTHER thing I don't like is the scramble the morning of check-in to get ocean view units as close to the beach as possible.

What we have done in the past on a few occasions, is we put the beds together - we even requested king size linens-yes you do still have the line down the middle, but our guests didn't complain, here's an idea I got from someone else, put the bead spread under the linens and over the split and you won't feel the line down the middle-never needed to try it though. My kids usually stayed in that room.

We own Ocean Front and have never had a problem-our view is always awesome.

I have two OF and two OV units. We've stayed in OV units but we never get there in time to worry about what unit we get. It's always xx01. But, I've seen the lobby on Sunday AM after we checked in on Saturday. Not pretty!

Still, ROCB is one of my favorite places to kick back for a week. If I weren't taking a week off work for Thanksgiving , I'd jump on this.
