I just exchanged into the Point at Poipu in Kauai. It shows my unit as being UUU2 which doesn't correspond with any of the maps online (they all tend to be four digit numbers). Does anyone have any experience with the unit numbers and know what this translates into?

You may get more answers if this were in the Diamond Forum.

Congrats! Here's a link to a thread where I asked about KBC and P@P. https://tugbbs.com/forums/threads/how-does-dri-treat-renters-and-exchangers.301782/
Posts 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 discuss exhanging into P@P. In short, exchangers aren't assigned to a particular view. You'll get what is available after owners (and possibly "hotel guests" )are assigned to units. It may be a poor view and/or in need of refurbishment, but you'll be in Hawaii. One tugger noted success in getting a better room assignment by attending the presentation. Have fun!

Hopefully they warned you about the $25 Resort Fee for Exchangers.

Yes, it actually shows $29.95 per night for resort fees.
