Any successful sellers of a Manhattan Club timeshare on the TUG Marketplace out there? We are very interested in any feedback you could share. Thank you.

If you go to www.Redweek.com you can find a huge selection of resale weeks available at no charge.

The resale prices are little or nothing due to the high maintenance fees . The Resort at one time did have a reputation for being very difficult to book your home Resort week but I believe those issues have finally been straightened out.

We wish to sell on the TUG Marketplace in the near future. We see a lot of listings, but have no idea if they are successful.

My guess is that they are not very successful based upon the large numbers of owners trying to give their weeks away........

selling, very few. giving away, far more common.

sales history record shows 5 units given away in the past year on TUG.

MF is just a drop in the bucket, the larger issues of actually staying are pervasive and still unresolved.

while thats true relative to a nyc vacation, the annual maintenance fee cost is extremely high compared to the average....as well as what else you can get timeshare wise for that same annual cost!

for a resale one has to look at it as not "selling a timeshare" vs "convincing someone to pay my dues moving forward"

I'm not following. The court threw out the case. It was a garbage lawsuit.
