The Grandview at Last Vegas Free Timeshare week #6

I will sell my timeshare at the Grandview at Las Vegas. It's a 1 bed with 80,000 points. There are a total of 80,000 points with 40k that was rolled over. 40k is the annual point accural.

Maintenance fees are paid for 2021 as well as RCI. This is an annual point based timeshare with week #6 and maintenance fees were $417.50 this year. I will also pay the transfer fees with LT.

Originally purchased in 2011 and it's paid off. Also comes with 2 extra weeks that are automatically given each year with the 40,000 points. The extra vacation weeks are booked 2-45 days out I believe.

Hi, I updated the correct amounts. I should have looked at my paperwork first before posting. It earns 40k points annually. And, yes, it's 401$ for mf

You're right about the MF at 417.50. The wife gave me some bad info. I looked back at our current invoice and confirmed it is 417.50.
