The final Staroption Banking Deadline is Thursday, 10/31/24, for Chairman's Club members, but don't wait until Thursday, because the system may be slow or glitchy.

• You can bank online by logging into your Vistana Acct and clicking Staroptions Banking near the top of the page.

• If you still have unwanted 2024 reservations that you forgot to cancel, you may be able to [deposit] them with Interval or RCI, or you may be able to use them for resort credit. I'd call owner services to find out the details about resort credit.

I hope you all got your Staroptions banked yesterday, because the website seems to be totally overwhelmed today.

If you can't get through, send a message from your Vistana Acct. TODAY, before midnight eastern/9 pacific, saying that you want to bank all of your unassigned 2024 Staroptions but you could not access the website.

Take a screen shot of your message, before you send it. This will document that you tried to bank your Staroptions before the deadline, but were prevented from doing so, by the website. First, you will receive an automated generic email response from owner services saying that they received your message, and then within a few days, you will receive a personal response. Save both emails.

I just banked online (1:30pm PST) - no issue.
However, making a reservation seems stuck.
