The District Resale- points conversion to hhonors

I am interested in buying an HGVC unit at The District.
Could anyone confirm if I would get the 50:1 point conversion to hhonors based on buying through resale?

it is "by hilton club" so, yes.

Members converting the entire annual
allotment of ClubPoints attributable to their
Home Week at the below listed resorts receive
an increased conversion rate of one to 50.
Conversions for less than the entire allotment
may be made at the standard rate of one to 25.

To add to @tombanjo's correct response: If you are buying any HGVC property with any intention of converting to HH points you are very likely making a mistake as this is a very bad deal.
