If anyone can answer questions regarding this resort I'd appreciate it. Looking to possibly exchange into this resort. Read that the 1BR units have a loft where you have to climb up a set of steep steps to get to the bedroom area. Are all the 1BR units like that? Not sure my partner and I, at our age, want to be climbing up steep steps.

Heard that, if taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, you can set up a private tour. Has anyone done this and can provide recommendations?

This would be our first time going to the Cape Cod area, so not sure what all there is to do. I've been researching, but it's nice to get people's personal experiences, too. We definitely want to do whale watch cruise.

Thanks!
Terri

i thoughtvwe had stayed there but I think it was a different resort. We did enjoy cape cod a lot, drove to a different section each day and loved the natural and historic sights.

We stayed there last fall. The 1 BR we were in had the loft BR. All the units in our building were like that. You can check with front desk to see if they have 1 BR without the loft.

I believe there’s a pullout coach on the 1st floor, you could use that instead of the BR. We’ve done that in the past.

I prefer Brewster Green in Brewster, MA, Cape Cod. It's a great location for seeing the entire Cape. We also took a train into the city to watch a baseball game and to see the green wall, or whatever it's called. It was a lot of fun. We would love to do it all again. There is a National Park we really enjoyed and could see whales from the deck. It was fantastic. So different from every other vacation.

I’ve never stayed at the Cove, but I heard no kitchen? I agree with RicknCindy, Brewster Green is an excellent Timeshare.

We've stayed at Cove at Yarmouth, both types of 1-BR's. Some units have the loft, others are all 1 floor, you can call and ask once you have a confirmation. I think they maybe have microwaves and toasters, no stoves or ovens because they're not permitted by ordinance, and maybe a mini-fridge, I don't recall exactly, again just call. The location was good and the staff was wonderful.

We stayed there in 2018. No loft in our unit. Was a decent resort. We went in Sept. We took the fast ferries to both Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket and yes you can get tours there.

Plenty to do and see from there depending on the time of year. We had our car and drove all over. We loved the National Seashore. We drove all the way to Provincetown. Went to the Heritage Museums and Gardens. Highly recommend. Hyannis. Woods Hole. The Sandwich Glass Museum. Some good seafood restaurants. Cranberry Bog. Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge.

Near the sea.
We were there mid October 2022. Bedroom was upstairs. Minimal kitchen. Nice location for driving around the cape. We had not been there since like 2005.
