For those of you that are interested in this sort of thing. Interesting tidbit is that they shifted from budgeting for MF payment by owners at 80% for 2020 to 78% for 2021. MFs remained the same ($819 for a 4 BR LO).

I have seen contracts listed for 2 bedrooms- would that change the MF? Specifically Timeshare nation had a 2bedroom listed w/ MFs @ $819...I am having trouble on my own figuring out if there is a difference between maintenance on a 2 bed vs 4. I reached out to timeshare nation to confirm and they said they will check with supplier?

I've never seen those units but I have seen them available on II at VV Williamsburg. They are also 1 side with a full kitchen and the other side with a partial kitchen.

It was advertised as a annual 2 bedroom week 22 @ the colonies- with MFs at $819... I don't know anything about Timeshare Nation except that they see to be well liked here on Tug. Would the MFs be the same for 2 & 4 bedroom?
