The CMV POA and HOA meetings April 13 and 14 at CMV

The POA meetings will be on Friday April 13, 2012 and IMHO the very Important 3 HOA meetings will be held Saturday April 14, 2012. On the agenda at the 3 HOA meetings on Saturday April 14, will be the probable proposed Special Assessments and the amounts. Call the resort to see what time your HOA meetings will be held.

This is basically a carry over the proposed Special Assessments from last year on April 1, 2012. The limited amount of owners strongly objected to the proposed amount of the Special Assessments
two main issues were the costs and the manner and stlyes in which the renovations done.

Those concerns were expressed by a few owners at the Sept 2011 HOA board meetings.

We need a lot of owners to show up at the 3 HOA meetings to express their opinions to the new proposed Bluegreen upgrades and the cost of those so called upgrades.

IMHO if you do not attend to give Bluegreen your opinions after hearing Bluegreens proposals then you basically are forfeiting your rights as a owner to be heard by Bluegreen.

I hope to see all owners who have posted on the various websites after last years meetings. I especially want to see those I hope to see all owners who have posted on the various websites after last years meetings if you did not attend.
