We are selling our one bedroom/one bathroom mountain condominium for $1. We have moved outside of the US and no longer get use of the condo. It is a floating white week, one-bedroom condo. The unit sleeps four guests and includes a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, kitchenette, dining space and a fully furnished balcony.
Condo fees with be paid in full, through 2024. All of the transfer fees will be paid by us. There will be no fees for the buyer until 2025. The yearly condominium maintenance fees are $586.
As a Christie Lodge owner, you are eligible for discounted room rates using the yearly allocation of 12 bonus nights. This, along with the 7-night white week that comes with ownership, makes owning at Christie lodge a great value.
