Why would want to reheat pizza? Cold pizza with a glass of whole milk is a great breakfast.
I am in a hotel for the night right now and my other half picked up pizza as we napped and most restaurants were closed when we woke. I was so happy they had gluten free for me. It was a small personal size and was so good. The free buffet breakfast for me at the hotel will only have a banana and apple that is gluten free. Was thinking I should have gotten another pizza and put in our mini refrigerator, agree cold Pizza is a great breakfast. Unfortunately by the time I had my bright idea the pizza store closed.

I can’t stand cold pizza. In fact, if I pick up pizza and bring it home, I actually put it in the oven for about 5 minutes so it is piping hot just as it would be if I were in the restaurant. Different strokes for different folks!

While we might have a slice of cold pizza for breakfast, if there is still some at lunchtime, I put it on non-stick foil, loosely cover it with more foil, and put it in a 200ish degree oven for 10 or 12 minutes. The result is pretty much indistinguishable from freshly baked.

Toaster oven works for me...I never put in micro..Crust turns soft...

I discovered that if I put 2 slices on a plate, cover with a paper towel, and sprinkle with water, microwave on high for 45 seconds ~ comes out just like it was straight from the store..................... adjust for a different number of slices..............

Your store must serve soggy pizza. I prefer my crust be cracker crunchy- at least on the outside edge.

I think oven or toaster oven is the best/better. Hubby will sometimes throw a slice in the microwave.

I've had good luck rewarming pizza in the microwave using 60-70% power for 2-3 minutes depending on the amount of pizza being rewarmed. It is NOT as good as pizza rewarmed in an over, but does okay all things considered.

I also think what type of pizza you are having matters here too - the more toppings you have on a pizza, the more I like slow warming it.

Dh reheats pizza in the oven. I'm impatient and will do it in the microwave. Still tastes fine to me.

I love pizza however it's reheated, or straight from the fridge. I am known to wake up in the middle of the night, remember, ahhh pizza in the fridge, go to the fridge, and the next thing you know the rest is gone. Couldn't even wait to heat it up ;)

We reheat it on the propane grille for a few minutes until the cheese starts boiling, then about 5 minutes more on the bun shelf.
If it's kept too long over the flames the crust will burn.

It then tastes better than the first serving.

I'm good with that as I also like my hot food HOT. I put it on a baking stone so that hopefully any soggy crust is restored to crisp.

Air fryer works great bringing everything back to life.
Only takes a couple minutes.

Oh, absolutely. I place mine on a pizza pan with holes so it doesn’t get soggy. We don’t actually own a baking stone As far as I know.

It's so true about microwaved pizza having cheese with all of its flavor and texture gone. That method is so bad, I'd rather eat it cold!

My preferred method is to pan-fry in a non-stick pan, covered, at very low heat (lowest setting) for about 15 minutes. It takes patience, but it gets the crust crisp again without burning, yet with the covering also re-heats the toppings and keeps them moist. The cheese turns out *okay*.

Second preferred method is the toaster oven, on broil setting. The pizza sits directly on the rack with foil down below in the tray. But this method only works when the crust is thin and there aren't a lot of toppings. When I use the toaster oven, it helps to sprinkle some more grated or shredded romano cheese on top to get back at least some of that fresh-cheese taste.
