77,000 RCI points (Sunrise Ridge Resort, TN)
Due to the extension of the Canadian-US border closure we are unable to use our week at our beloved Beach Club. I had booked Unit 311 which is a direct ocean front unit and not one facing the pool, with a side view of the ocean. Asking $700.US which will include the cost of a guest certificate.

No longer available!

I had a 2 day fight with our resort, who has to do the space banking now. They kept telling us that it was an RCI policy not to accept any space banks with less than 15 days before check-in. Finally an RCI Supervisor called the resort to explain RCIs policy and ask for our week to be deposited. It is now space banked and awaiting RCI to revert the TPUs back to 80% of their original value (their offer). Hopefully we can travel next year!
