Just wanted to say thanks, because of TUG and great advise from fellow Tuggers I have now successfully sold a week (at a resort I never thought I could sell let alone profit $900, and also successfully rented a week.

Up here is the Great North www.kijiji.ca is a hugely popular selling site. I listed in on there for $1500.00 plus buyer pays closing and I got exactly what I asked.
