Just wanted to say thanks to TUG and those who answered so many of my questions.

We're waiting to close on our RESALE purchase of HGVC Flamingo (5000 Annual Gold Points) - which was about a third of the cost of the 3400 every-other-year points we (almost) purchased (and thanks to this site, rescinded) when we listened to the sales pitch/tour while staying at HGVC Waiakola last month. It was the first sales pitch/timeshare tour where we were actually impressed (and even ever considered buying). We love HGVC and are so thankful we did not over-pay.

We've learned so much and appreciate the help received from you folks, that I became a TUG member today! Just wanted to say thanks! Looking forward to getting to know y'all.
