I appreciate the text messages from the resorts and the resorts have been great about responding to my requests when I reply back. However this morning's text had me puzzled. I usually a get a text on the day we arrive welcoming us but the one this morning is just announcing the lunch special at the Marketplace in the South Tower. Its a chicken salad wrap with chips for $7 served from 11am-2:30pm if anyone is interested. We don't have a reservation there, current or cancelled. On January 14th I got 17 days of those lunch special announcements all at once but at least I had a reservation checking in that day that had been cancelled.

Hopefully that doesn't happen to me now. Today Marriott offered to check me out by text, simply by replying "out". I immediately got a confirm plus an email with my invoice. Very convenient
