I recently purchased an annual two bedroom SDO lockoff and have been waiting for the deed to be recorded. The deed took about two weeks to be recorded and the closing company emailed me a certified copy of the deed. Today I emailed the deed to Starwood and asked if they would please expedite the transfer so I could make a reservation.

Just a few minutes after I sent the email I got an email back from Jose at Starwood saying the transfer was complete. Wow, talk about fast and accurate. I then called Starwood and reserved week 52. So far I'm a big fan of Starwood.
Hopefully that continues if I decide not to use the week 52 and want to deposit that actual week with Interval. In any event Starwood was a pleasure to deal with.

Jose did our SBP transfer as well, and it was in record time.

That makes me sick. My Marriott BeachPlace has been lingering since mid October and is still sitting in county records. Marriott will probably take another 6 weeks. :(

My Lakeside Terrace purchase went really smooth also. I bought it in Aug and was on the Starwood roster in October.

Now if you want to talk about :wall: ask me about Bluegreen.

Starwood transfers are really fast, they are Disney fast.

Jose did mine and I was in the system the same day.

Starwood has always had great service in my opinion (just costly).

Who was the closing company?

Global Title Transfer. There were a few minor delays but all in all it worked out well and the closing company followed up with the deed very nicely.

Jose at Starwood....

This gentleman has really shown a sincere commitment to providing great service to owners, and seems to take pride in doing his job well.

If you've appreciated his work, take a moment to send him a quick thank you:

Too often as consumers, we only take time to complain- and not provide any positive feedback to a good employee.

Just a thought!
