Now that he's out of a job, maybe he can catch on with 1 of the big timeshare resorts as an Owner Update guy.

Wouldn't that be something ?

"Dunn must comply with the requirements of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Sections 18 and 30, regarding the obligations and responsibilities of disbarred attorneys and may not return to the active practice of law until an order of reinstatement has been entered by the Supreme Court. "

Does this mean he can be "un-disbarred" when he cleans up his act?

Can he just moved to another and practice law?

Simple answer No. If allowed he would have to take the Bar Examination in that State. When you apply to take the Bar there are forms you have to fill out and they include question like: Have you ever been disbarred in any other State? Answering yes and you are disqualified. Answer no and they find out you lied you are disqualified.

Qualified yes. He would have to comply with any requirements of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
