Anyone else receiving this message when trying to lookup a MVCI reservation via the Marriott website? Wondering if it is me or my browser or the website?
Reservation is valid because when I enter an invalid reservation, it returns a different error.

We're experiencing a technical issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

Yes can happen on the Bonvoy site, not often but occasionally.

It has been happening since yesterday evening through this morning. So not sure if it is me or if it is the site.

Try using the app instead of the website and see if it works for you that way.

This is the way. Use the ap to select "Trips". At the top you will see - "Missing an upcoming stay?" Select that and you should be able to easily add the reservation.

Try and do it from a private browser (or different computer) where you are not logged into your marriott account.

I have the same problem anytime I use the browser when I am logged in or even if my bonvoy account is just saved in that browser and I am not logged in. But if I do it from a separate browser or computer when I have not logged into Bonvoy suddenly I no longer get the error message when I look up an Interval reservation.

Thanks. It does look like I can look up the reservation when not logged in at all.

This is a guess of what is going on based on my experience in changing the name on a number of rented units from deeded ownership and point reservations this year. It all started when they closed the door on making name changes in Marriott.com. The reservation lookup application has been changed. When I have a reservation and I want to change the name on the reservation for either a deeded week or a week reserved using points, I go through the name change process. After the change takes place, I no longer have the reservation in my Bonvoy account nor can see the reservation using reservation lookup. I believe the issue is they take out the Bonvoy number on the name change. Reservation lookup gives a technical error if there is no Bonvoy number in the reservation. The other change made is you can no longer have a Bonvoy number that doesnā€™t match the name. This is what forces the Bonvoy number to come out with the name change. Again, I believe this is all part of the application change that took place preventing name changes on Marriott.com.

None of this impacts access or view of a reservation on the MVCI.
