I visited my local Target this Sunday morning in Fort Worth, TX. I arrived at 7:15 am. It was like a Ghost Town. I'll bet there were no more than 15 customers in the entire store and very few employees. Shelves, coolers, etc. were pretty much full. I wore gloves the whole time except to "knuckle" the self checkout screen to tell it that I was paying with a Credit Card. At no time did I get within 20 feet of another customer or employee. Don't know if it is like this at all Targets but it is worth thinking about...

At some point every will have what they grabbed and the stock will replenish as it seems to be doing now

The other day there were over 200 semis waiting to get unloaded at a Costco but they had to wait two plus days as the store itself couldn’t handle all the trucks

Most items are available except for cleaning supplies.

My Target has been slow, but not a ghost town by any means. We don't take trucks on Sundays, so we started this morning with no toilet paper, eggs, flour, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes/spray, pasta, and limited quantities of bleach and hand soap. Methinks it will be a LONG afternoon/evening once that word gets out! We've had lines at the door every morning...we open at 8, and by 9:30 or so are sold out of staple products, even with limiting quantities. Meanwhile, in the apparel areas (which is where I usually work) we are busting at the seams with product. Look for good markdowns later in the season. Headed back in to T-2130 in a few!

Glad you made it through the store safely. I appreciate the update. Make sure you wipe down all of your groceries with clean towel/cleaner before placing in pantry and wash hands when unpacking at home.

Target and Best Buy also offers curbside pick-up in many locations. Order online and they can bring to your trunk while you stay in the car. Bar codes from mobile phones can be read through the window so no need to roll down. Best Buy touts contactless but it sounds like Target wants a signature based on their website description so you may need to open window briefly. Too bad you can't sign on your phone and send via phone to keep window rolled up.

It appears that you cannot get cleaning supplies from curbside, however the website will indicate if they have what you need in stock at your local store so you don't waste a trip.

@bogey21 - George, have you checked out Samsung Pay (or Google Pay)? These are contactless methods of payment. I have had a fairly wide range of acceptance and success using Samsung Pay. Minimizes terminal touches..
