I am think of buying at Tanglewood Resort in Pottsboro, TX. Does anyone own there? Have the MFs been stable lately?

I can't tell when it was built. Anyone know?

Tanglewood

Franks01, Tanglewood is a nice resort. Lots of local amenities (golf, boating, fishing, etc.) mean you're not likely to be bored when visiting. In addition, the in-progress renovations/updating make it much more palatable than it was previously.

We don't get back there as often as we used to (now living in Georgia) and doing more east coast vacations so we're looking to sell our unit (Red Week, double lockout) so we can look at one in the Carolinas. I won't be buying from a resort directly as there are too many buyer-seller deals out there and I would suggest you do the same. If you're interested in Tanglewood, let me know and maybe we can work out a good deal.

Regards.

Steve.
