Outside: BBQ grill (shared), porch chairs

Fixed Unit- Birch Colony BC 31 (floor level entrance) - sleeps 6

Fixed week - 2nd week of October:
• 2020: October 9-16, 2020
• 2021: October 8-15, 2021

Maintenance Fee: 2020 MF has been paid: $ 860.54

Usage: The first usage for a new owner is 2020 (or 2021, if you prefer).

Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees with *LT Transfers

Amenities: See attached list (Outdoor pool is seasonal)

We are giving this timeshare away for free (in case that wasn’t clear in the post). Already paid for 2020, so the Oct stay this year is already paid for. Wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance fees until 2021. We are also covering all transfer fees.
