Raintree is a Point System. No Home Resort. A Platinum is 80,000 Points Annually. This will get you a large 2 Bedroom at the Cabo Resort or Cancun Resort during High Season, a 1 Bedroom in Kona, etc. It depends on the Resort, unit size, and Season for number of Points. You can look up the Resorts on line.
