Taking my mother-in-law to her home county (Italy)

I have 308k points per use year July to June. I want to go to Italy in July of 2013. Where should I go and how many points should I have. I would like to have 3 rooms for 10 to 14 days. I can bank all of my 2012 points if I need to.
 
RCI will cost you 143k points for a studio or 1BR per week, plus the exchange fee. There is plenty of availability in 2013. You can search through the Wyndham portal or RCI.com
