We had four weeks here for many years. Good location. We had four sleep there a couple times and it is about a 700 square foot condominium. Two people use the Murphy bed which is fairly comfortable.

Yes the Murphy beds are more comfortable than sofa sleepers. Most of the units are a lttle smaller like 600
