I see this ebay listing of SVV KW on Ebay

Other than clarification that this is indeed SVV and not SVR, is this a good deal for 81K SO??

Everything else points to SVV.

It's good; not great. You can pay more upfront and get lower MF's. You already own Kierland, so you have probably done this math already:

For 81K StarOptions:

• 1 bd Platinum Kierland. Cost = approx $9K including closing, or $900/yr using a 10% ROI + MF's of about $895 = $1,795/use
• 2 bd Platinum Kierland. Cost = approx $4K including closing, or $400/yr using a 10% ROI + MF's of about $1,459 = $1,859/use
• 2 bd non-platinum SVV Bella/Key West. Cost = approx $2K including closing, or $200/yr using a 10% ROI + MF's of about $1,560 = $1,760/use
• (I ignore the SVN fee because you have to pay it for "any of the above".)

If it were me and I wanted an additional 81K SO's, I would pick the 1 bd Platinum Kierland. Why? Because I can rent it out for well over $2,000 if I don't want or can't use it.

Also: Your economics will be a bit better if you can find a 95,700 SO Bella/Key West unit; purchase price won't be too much more and MF's would be the same.
