Guess it's that time of the year...
Proposed budget for the Spas phase of SVR arrived in the mail today.
The line item for "Maintenance Fee Revenue" is $608.43, for "Reserve Fee Revenue" is $73.86, for a total of $682.29 for an annual unit week.
Last year was $643.13 for the same items, for an increase of just over 6%.
Footnote read "Real estate taxes on each unit week will be billed separately". They were approx. $60 for each of our units (slightly different amounts for each).
Approval of the 2012 Operating Budget is on the agenda for the Oct 21st meeting of the board.
