Proposed budget for the Cascades phase of SVR arrived in the mail today.
The line item for "Maintenance Fee Revenue" is $747.44, for "Reserve Fee Revenue" is $112.28, for a total of $859.71 for a (2BR) Premium Lockoff annual unit week.
Last year was $859.71 for the same items, for NO INCREASE (yes, I double-checked the dates, amounts, etc ).
Footnote read "Real estate taxes on each unit week will be billed separately". They were approx. $110 for our 2BR L/O unit.
The totals (excluding taxes) are $318.70 for a 1BR annual unit week, and $662.16 for a standard 2BR unit week.
Approval of the 2012 Operating Budget is on the agenda for the Oct 25th meeting of the board.
