SVN exchange during closing

I am closing on an SVV annual use 81,000 staroptions 2 bedroom. We are in the beginning of the deed transfer process, but I fear that transfer and closing will drag out. We were hoping to do an SVN trade into WKORV in October '09. Does anyone know if we have the owner make a trade into WKORV 8months out, if Starwood will honor that reservation when the deed is in our name?

Yes - but the current owner needs to have Owner Services make a note on the reservation to not cancel the exchange when you take ownership.
