Surfwatch requests

Myself, my wife, and our two little ones are checking in at surfwatch in a couple of weeks and I was wondering if anyone knew the best way to get in our requests for room location and cribs/high chairs. I did the online form that they send last week and then I followed up with the front desk which told me that none of my requests had been noted and we'd have to wait until check in to request cribs, which hasn't been the case in the past. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

We were at SurfWatch last week. All of the front desk was nice and attentive. But there was one guy, Jason, who seemed to be on top of things more than the others. His badge even looked different which led me to think he could have been a manager of some sort. If it were me, I'd call the resort again and ask to talk to Jason. See where that gets you.

Call again and talk to rooms control. Allison Samler does rooms control and is a front desk manager is great and very helpful.

Thank you both for the replies, very much appreciated. I probably just caught someone at a bad time as surfwatch has always been top notch in all our other interactions.
