we have a 2br/2bth ov at the surf club for thanksgiving week just wondering when should we put a room request in and which building. staying with motherin law who is 70 and 2yro daughter inlaw cant walk very far so we would like to be close to the beach dont know if ov could be one of the closer bldg. and who should we call hotel direct or ask for someone else to do this
