so far as I know all units have a hairdryer in one of the bathrooms - but a quick call to the resort should answer your question for definite. Ask for Housekeeping or Owner Services for the best chance of an accurate response!
(apologies if I get the terminology wrong, I'm English!) we usually get small bars of soap & a couple of toilet rolls in the bathrooms, dishwashing detergent liquid and cloth/sponge in the kitchen, plus sometimes a few plastic waste bin liners. not usually any dishwasher detergent or coffee filters (don't know if the coffee machines need paper filters or not). never any salt/pepper or other condiments.
If you stay more than 7 nights you will get a mid-stay housekeeping visit and they usually replenish items then. (you can also ask for more regular housekeeping visits for a small extra fee if you want)
the Country Store in the resort stocks all the essentials - many in small quantities, at what seems like a reasonable price to us.
There is a general store in Jeffersonville which stocks most everyday items and larger supermarkets in Morrisville and Johnson.
we always bring salt/pepper/herbs & spices from home plus other items we only use in small quantities such as, instant coffee, sugar and "proper english" teabags, or which you can't buy in the US such as marmite.
when the kids were younger we also brought tins of "english" heinz baked beans, Tesco peanut butter and other 'essentials' all the way from the UK, but thats another story!
