Well, if our Steelers make it to the Super Bowl, turns out we are going to be in Orlando on Super Bowl Sunday---about a half hour to Tampa under normal circumstances. I don't expect traffic will be anything close to normal on that day but wouldn't mind an hour or so on the road. No way we would pay the prices to actually attend the game, but it sounds like all the commotion outside the stadium could be fun. Does anyone have any experience with attending Superbowls as an "outsider" and is it fun enough to put up with the traffic, parking, etc????

Isn't it a week of SuperBowl events put on by the league? The game is at the end of the week.

I got me a Sunday to Sunday in Orlando timeshare - will just have to watch the game after I become homeless on Feb 1st.

PS ... The other half of the game will have the Eagles playing to actually win.

Go Steelers...from a former Pa person who has lived in Ga the past 23 years...now if the Atlanta Falcons were playing, then I would root for them....My 83 year old Mom moved to Ga last May and she still is a diehard Steeler fan..she gets upset when she can't find a Steeler game on Atlanta tv!! She lives in a senior apartment community, so she has to use Comcast, she has no other choice for television.

Oh yeah!

I did some reading online and it looks like it might be really difficult to get anywhere near the stadium for the game without a ticket. I guess we'll have to hope we can find a good Steelers bar in Orlando.
