Sunset World - Walk Away

We have a loan free studio room at Sunset World in Cancun (one week per year). We are current on all fees.

I am planning to walk away from it. I had previously tried to negotiate with Sunset to get out of the contract and they declined. Should I contact them and let them know that I no plan to stop paying?

I wouln't, and I would ignore all future correspondence. You could also try to give it away right here on TUG
