I put a hold on Sunrise Ridge in Pigeon Forge and this is in the RCI notes. There may be a 99 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay housekeeping fee. This is getting ridiculous. Also I was looking at Greenspring 5 dollar a day activity fee and powhatan has a 10 dollar activity fee. 10 dollars a day for what? I kind of understand Kingsgate 6 dollar activity fee for there arcade. Which is awesome and all games are free. Put come on a housekeeping fee this is ridiculous.

Yes, these add on fees are becoming too common at timeshares now! And there is no need of housekeeping during the week, except for trading towels! We clean up ourselves and take out the trash!

I stayed there last year, and there was no fee added, however that note appeared on my confirmation.

I own at Sunrise. Perhaps this fee refers to an RCI 'points' partial week stay. Can't you just call and ask.
