Summit Watch questions

I'm trying to do an xyz to Summit Watch and even though my studio will trade for a 2 bedroom there in June, they say I can only use xyz for a studio.

So, are there any laundry facilities on the property for those staying in studios?
Is there adequate free parking?

I am pretty sure there is a laundry room in the garage. Plenty of free parking underneath in the garage. I was just there and no problem parking. They do limit you to one car per unit.
