I've been informed by a past client that this timeshare closing agent is shutting down. They are primarily an in-house closing group for Timeshare Rescue- but I know that a number of resellers have also used them for closings.
The client forwarded an email from Lynn Crotty, an employee of Summit, that stated they no longer have a printer capable of printing checks, so will be returning escrow funds by wire and asking for him to have his bank provide wiring instructions?
I referred him elsewhere for legal advice on this specific issue, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone else that has a pending closing there..
