Summit Resort, Laconia NH

[Quiet Pine]

I've confirmed this resort for the first week of September. A couple of years back, guests said the rooms were dated and dingy, but renovations were in progress. Are renovations completed now? If not, do you suggest I request a renovated room a week or so before arrival? Thanks.

That time of year will be great...school will have started, so the crowds will be gone. The weather should still be mild. You probably won't be in your room too much! I've never stayed at Summit, but know the area pretty well. Lots to do! Have fun making plans.

My family also want to go there. I have read awful reviews regarding cleanliness and hygiene, but I see from the pictures that the situation looks good now. If someone goes there soon, I will be happy if he/she shares more information about that place.
