I noticed that it really jumped at the end. I had thought it was going to be an amazing steal.

Just shows there is still a market for prime weeks.

Funny thing with ebay is you could auction that back off tomorrow and only get half of that, or double that. The auction format warps some peoples judgement. It never pays to over pay on ebay.

You are right. The prices vary considerably.

I had an e-snipe bid in for around 12K. I wish I would've gotten it, but I'm glad to see that my other Park City ski weeks are still maintaining their value in this bad market. 17.5K is what I paid for my SW week about 3-4 years ago.

41 bids...so much for Perry prediction that this will sell for $1,750 total or $1

I was very surprised that the week (albeit a great floating ski week at a great resort in a great town) went for what it did on eBay. As I said previously, the auction format can make people pay more than they intended because they get so attached to it. That said, I have to believe there was some unusual circumstances surrounding that in-house Holiday resale week that they sold for so much less recently. I know it sold for that, I just don't understand why, in light of the demand and price for this auction.
