Summit at Massanutten -- We have the Deed!!!!

We have the final paperwork for our 1 --52 floating four bedroom unit at the Summit! It took less than a month through Holiday Group.

Family reunion preparations are starting. We will be paying our MF tomorrow and trying to make a reservation for late May or early June. I hope we are not too late. Could any Summit owners let me know their reservation experiences?

I just purchased a 4 bedroom 1-52 floating week at Summit myself. I paid MF by credit card online and called to request a week. It was very easy.

Wow, 4 weeks is really speedy closing!
Mine took almost 6 months.
Reservation through online or phone call are both easy. Available weeks on their website is sometimes not correct (takes time to update it), so call them and pay MF and reserve week. All representatives are very kind.

Thanks for the tips and the websites. I got busy and didn't call to pay the MF today, but I'll get it done tomorrow.
