Look for solid advice from a VIP Summer Winds Program user about your experience with the company and II. Heard a great pitch and was given solid advice about how to trade in two paid off propertues to become VIP user. After reviewing all the material, i dont see many specifics listed about the VIP program and how it can give me a 97% exchange opportunity on an unlimited basis. Love to hear from you!

The 97% success rate probably refers to interval internationals success rate. It doesn't mean that members get what they want 97% of the time. It just means that most members will exchange for something (may their 8th choice or lower) rather than let the deposit expire completely. It means nothing.

What do they say VIP will get you. If it isn't in writing it is probably a bunch of smoke, mirrors and half truths as well. In terms of trading in your units, they give them to an ebay seller and if they can't sell them they abandon them. There are some developers that will not accept transfers to anyone that is involved with a Summer winds equity trade in.
