Summer Bay 1 in 4

Does 1 in 4 rule count across all of the Summer Bay resort ID's? We are staying at Summer Bay in February- does that count against staying in the Houses at Summer Bay, (a different RCI #), within the next 4 years?

Resort In Cocoa Beach, FL
I'm an owner at FL and LV, but prior to buying these weeks, we were able to stay at Summer Bay, FL, which has a different resort ID than the houses. We stayed at the houses either the same year or the following. I believe that you can do this without a problem. I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong. If you can get a house, snatch it!
