Hi I have an ad posted in Marketplace. Selling my EOY at Summer Bay is a floating red week, 0ne bedroom, have an exchange this December 26, 2015 confirmed at Lehigh Acres, FL. Thru DAE. Will include this in the sale. I will pay closing and transfer. first use at Summer Bay is 2017. Let me know if interested.
