Sudwala Lodge levy payment

I am embarrassed to admit that I am ,just now trying to pay the 2023 levy for my Sudwals Lodge TS. My husband has wanted to just let it go while I have wanted to keep it another year or so. So now that we are in agreement to keep it a while longer, I can't seem to be able to pay the levy. I keep getting a message from the HYPHEN company that seems to be dealing with the levy payments that the 'payment failed'. They then say they will redirect me to the HYPHEN portal but it does nothing.

What has been your experience when paying your 2023 levy to Sudwala? Thanks.

To get a quicker answer - you may need to Conversation -PM Sudwala owners who have posted in prior threads about MF payment procedures.
 
I paid 2023 levy using the payment link they sent me, I had to inform my credit card company beforehand so they wouldn't block payment
Worked well and was much easier than sending credit card details to them each time.
The link they send only works for one attempt, if it fails, you need to request a new link from them
 
I am delighted to say that things have gotten much easier to deal with for Sudwala. I sent an email to pay my 2024 MF last week, received an acknowledment the same day and received confirmation from RCI that the week had been deposited just 7 days later. I used to have to send an email 7 days after the first one just to see if Sudwala had received the first email. The new company is SO much more efficient. Send email to propertyadmin@vrs.co.za.
