I tried to give back a few with Ovations but did not own them for 1 year. Ended up selling them back to Wyndham through a third party. Wyndham's preferred resale broker contacted me from a add I had listed in the TUG Marketplace.

yea she just wanted to speak with someone who had successfully used any developer deedback program in her story...pretty short notice on the deadline but i was hoping someone would be available for a quote.

If you get another request, I would be willing to talk. My deedback for Desert Club to HICV was completed on Jan 2019 and my final cost was $30 for notary fees. It would have been $15, but I had to have an additional document notarized for my wife because the deed was in my name. It was purchased resale by me when I was single. I married the next year and did not put her name on the deed She had to renounce her marital interest.

I can talk on the phone or do a zoom interview if you need someone in the future.

Wow- I am in process of a DEED back in USVI (St. Thomas) costing me the maintenance fees in advance plus over a thousand dollars in legal fees.

I think more resorts are taking back timeshares, I use to see about 1000 ts for sale evryday months ago in ebay and now only see 411
